Condominium Sales:
For the week there were four sales. The lowest, a one bedroom at Gulls Cove, 744 square feet with parking and a list price of $349,900 sold above asking at $379,900.The highest priced sale, one of my favorite buildings, The Sugar House, a 1300 square foot two bedroom two bath with parking and a list price of $649,000 sold for $629,000.
Median list price was $541,950, median sale price $534,450. Median days on market was 10 days.
Pending Sales:
Two units are waiting to close. One unit also at Gulls Cove, a 780 sq foot one bedroom with a list price of $375,000; and a three bedroom two bath duplex at 149 Essex- Fulton's Landing, 1372 sq feet, one parking space, and a list price of $624,900.
Brownstones and single family homes
Sales:
One single family at 249 2nd street sold for $312,000 with a list price of $329,000. The house was a fixer upper with three bedrooms and two baths on two floors.
Pending:
No homes are pending for the week.
