The Hudson Tea is a luxury community, my personal favorite building in Hoboken. No other building offers the lofty feel with 13ft ceilings combined with the oversized windows along with amenities such as doorman-concierge, parking, elevators, gym, community room and more. If you are considering a visit to 1450 Washington Street, make sure you see this home as well. Although 1450 Washington is new construction it doesn't offer nearly the sunlight, nor the protected views like this home does.
