Just sold an adorable, bright one bedroom condominium plus extra den in downtown JC just 2 blocks to Hamilton Park. First time buyer Ryan had his eye on ownership for about two years. Great timing, because he not only was able to buy more house for less money this year, he closed in time to receive his $8,000 tax credit and he was able to secure a low interest rate on his mortgage.
