Hoboken | Real | Estate | Weekly | Sales | Update

Your weekly Hoboken Real Estate update. I apologize for not posting yesterday as I normally do! Better late than never.

For the week of May 10th 2010 through May 16th

Sales Condominiums
12 homes were sold from the lowest price of $316,500 (original list price $for a 600 sq foot one bedroom on 6th and Willow, to the highest price of $607,000 (original list price $639,900) for a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo at Harrison Pointe on 1st and Harrison.

These homes had a median list price of $482,450 and a median sold price of $469,950.
Median days on market 37 days. So we're seeing the better priced homes move quicker.

Same week of May 10th 2010 through May 16th

Pending Sales Condominiums
18 homes went into pending status from the lowest asking price of $199,000 for a 583 sq foot studio - short sale on first and Garden, to the highest asking price of $790,000 for a 1574 sq foot 2 bed 3 bath duplex penthouse at Metro Stop.

These homes had a median list price of $453,944 and a median days on market of 44 days.

Brownstone single family homes - Sales

One house was sold in Hoboken for the week of May 10th 2010 through May 16th 2010.
A 4 bedroom 3 bath at 933 Washington Street sold for 1.776Mil with the original list price of 1.995Mil. This house featured a 18 by 88 lot and was on the market for 65 days.

No single family brownstone homes were recorded as under contract for this week.
