15 YEAR FIXED----------------------------- 4.250%/ 4.298% APR
5 / 1 ARM------------------------------------- 3.500%/ 3.211% APR
7/1 ARM ------------------------------------  3.875%/ 3.586% APR

  1. Nice information! A mortgage is essentially a loan taken out to finance the purchase of real estate, such as a home or business office space. The bank specifies how much you can afford to pay, approves you for the loan, then expects monthly payments on that loan. Thanks a lot for sharing with us...
