The month of November saw 30 units Sold compared with October Below
(Median Sale Price for November Is UP)
Price per square foot is also UP from October
But Prices From November 2010 and PPSFT seem unchanged, except that there were more sales last year this month, showing that effectively, prices are higher in 2011 if there are less sales at the same price.
